Super Space-Peoria is a recently completed (February
2006), four-building, one- and two-story, 913 unit, 113,360 square foot facility that enjoys
Loop-101 Freeway visibility, which provides high exposure to local residents and
businesses. This highway exposure helps the facility attract tenants that may not live
in the neighborhoods immediately surrounding the project. Peoria is located in
the very desirable western portion of the Greater Phoenix area, near the newly completed University of Phoenix football stadium. A rich mixture of entertainment,
dining and shopping destinations have been developed to serve the patrons
of this stadium along a stretch of 83rd Avenue immediately south of the
